Abstract
The article presents the results of a study about the correlation between managerial objectives towards staff and value semantic assessment performed by managers of manufacturing enterprises. The research was done on the selection of 166 managers employed at industrial enterprises. It is found that bureaucratic, technocratic and autocratic managerial orientations and humanizing subjective managerial orientation are mostly positively interconnected with value semantic assessment not only by the type of cultural subject but by existential a base of human being. Bureaucratic and technocratic objective managerial orientations show reverse interconnections with value semantic assessment of employees on such parameter as an existential base of human being «labor», which represents the context of the working process. Conflict managerial orientation shows interconnections with value semantic assessment of employees on a parameter of the existential base of being «a game», which represents risk and д of interaction. Most number of connections is found in an objective bureaucratic organization managerial orientation. It transmits managerial culture focused on the priority of following the company's policy. Humanizing orientation transmitting its culture, which prioritizes the values of employees. It stands out as the only one subjective managerial orientation having a significant connection with value semantic assessment of employees both by parameters of 'a cultural subject' and existential base of human being. Identifies patterns prove priority and traditional nature of the place taken by formalization and documentary standardization in Russian culture of management.Downloads
