Психофизиологический статус киберспортсменов (обзор)
Аннотация
Обоснование. Соревнования по киберспорту представляют собой структуру, сравнимую с традиционными видами спорта, и киберспортсмены нуждаются в научно обоснованных и эффективных тренировках. При этом технологическое развитие киберспортивной индустрии опережает формирование запросов к киберспортсмену, его состояниям, навыкам, способностям, формирующим психофизиологический статус. В отсутствие надлежащих данных о конкретных характеристиках киберспортсменов не могут быть разработаны и обеспечены эффективные меры профилактики негативных эффектов их тренировочно-соревновательной деятельности. Методы. Проведен анализ более 60 иностранных источников базы данных PabMed. Ключевыми словами поисковых запросов были «киберспорт», «киберспортсмены», «психофизиологическое состояние», «сенсомоторные реакции», «психические расстройства». Результаты. Настоящий обзор литературы структурирован и представлен разделами, отражающими клинико-физиологическую характеристику киберспорта, анализ факторов, определяющих функциональную подготовленность и психофизиологический статус киберспортсменов. Подробно представлен раздел «Психические расстройства», содержание которого позволяет оценить риски нарушений когнитивной и аффективно-эмоциональной сферы личности киберспортсменов. Заключение. Определены перспективные и востребованные направления исследований в области психофизиологического обеспечения тренировочно-соревновательной деятельности киберспортсмена. Актуализируется необходимость сочетания совершенствования когнитивных способностей киберспортсмена, его навыков психомоторной интеграции с физической тренировкой. Значительные усилия специалистов в области психологии, медицины и физиологии уделяются способам повышения стрессоустойчивости киберспортсменов, разработке и обеспечению эффективными мерами профилактики психических расстройств с целью повышения профессионального долголетия.
