Abstract

The article presents results of an empirical study of the teachers’ creative leadership as a resource of pedagogical influence. The study involved 11 teachers and 63 high school students of the school No. 94 inChelyabinsk. It has been established that the creative leadership of teachers as a set of influences on students in joint activities (inter-effects of the personal style) and beyond (meta-effects of the personal style) is associated with the individual characteristics of their activity (personal style). In teachers with pronounced attitudes of transformational leadership stimulating meta-effects for students are dominated.
